Martin
Price is Director of HR
Equations Ltd, a human resources management
consulting firm he established in 2001.
Prior
to establishing HR Equations,
from 1993 to 2001 Martin worked as Head of Remuneration,
Head of Organisational Development and Acting
General Manager Human Resources for one of the
largest public-listed corporations in Australasia.
Before this he spent eight years in the executive
recruitment industry with two 'big brand' recruitment
firms, including responsibility for regions and
company profit.
Having
worked inside businesses in management for eight
years, Martin has a hands-on, practical understanding
of needs to happen inside a business for changes
to the organisation to work effectively. As such,
his approach to Consulting places an emphasis
on the need to listen first and get to understand
the client's business.
